Submission Of Technical Proposal:
All techno-commercial proposals are being submitted within one week to four weeks time depending upon of the size of tender.
Technical Proposal & Pre Tender Engineering:
Complete technical specification and the data (for maximum possible extent) along with Plant Layout, Flow Sheet, GA Drawings, Plant Technical Concept, Salient Features of the proposal, Alternative Proposal, Scope of work & Exclusion are provided.

Commercial Proposal:
Detailed & specific delivery schedule, payment terms, commercial terms & conditions as well as price break up as per customer requirements are provided. Warranty clause, liquidated damages, inspection clause, validity of offer, guarantee parameters, force majeure, arbitration and deminity to patent clause etc. are provided. |

All the engineers who are visiting overseas are well qualified, specially trained on their job with vast experience and capable of working in diversified conditions & taking decision on the spot. |

All the Asian countries visa is issued on arrival. For other SAARC countries the visa is available within 2-3 days. Rest of the world where we are supplying our equipment, mostly engineers have multiple entry visa and incase the visa is required the same is being obtained within 4-5 working days. |

 Strength
ENEXCO has strength of well trained and experienced engineer looking after different segment in the area of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control and civil engineering.
Response Time
ENEXCO deputes their engineers to attend the emergency break down and complaints immediately (not later than 72 hours) incase of inland customers, whereas incase of overseas customers, the top most priority is given to such complaints and if required the engineers are deputed from inland customers location to attend such complaints.
All efforts are put to obtain the visa if required and the engineers are deputed by next available flight by any route to attend the complaint.

Spare Parts Support
Normally the customers are advised to keep two years maintenance spares normal wear and tear spares and insurance spares in the stock. However, ENEXCO also keeps a very good inventory of spares especially all the critical and long deliverable items are always kept in stock to take care of any emergency requirements.
The engineers normally carry the spares parts, which are required for setting right the equipment just based on the telephonic confirmation from the customer and without wasting the time in other formalities.
