ENEXCO Roto Packers are the result of years of experience in engineering and manufacturing of packing systems in India for bag's packing which has been designed to suit even toughest conditions and working environment.

ENEXCO Roto Packers are a new generation equipment comprising of world's latest microprocessor based Weighing Electronics with proven vertical impeller filling system and weight accuracy comparable with any world class system. ENEXCO Packing Machines are designed for capacities ranging from 300 to 6,000 bags per hour. Inline as well as Rotary Packers are available as per customer's requirement.

ENEXCO has been able to achieve better results in terms of weight accuracy and output because of the following salient features of our equipment:

	Easy dialogue text mode programming via touch screen front panel.
	Different filling weights can be stored in memory and are selectable through a selector switch.
	Easy calibration with push button on the front keyboard.
	Maximum accuracy and filling speed is achieved by the special feature of AUTOMATIC OPTIM IZATION.

Features

ENEXCO Roto Packers are using horizontal shaft vertical impellers for trouble free filling operation. The impeller box slide plate assembly is so designed to suit smooth and maintenance free packing operation for cement upto 6000 blaine.

Windows based programmable EFS100TS electronics specially designed and developed in Europe to meet any challenging features, which can be imagined today for an efficient and modern packing system. The electronics has following major features apart from all standard features available with other Roto Packers globally.

The ENEXCO Roto Packers are compatible with Checkweighers. Checkweighers are specially developed and manufactured in Europe for ENEXCO Roto Packers and having all the latest features like auto correction, bad bag detection and communication to bag trap, individual bag display and counting as well as MIS generation in desired format.
