ENEXCO with its technical know-how & experience have developed AEROCLONE (high efficiency Low Pressure Cyclone) & AEROVANE (Vortex Finder Vanes), a revolutionary solution for reduction in power consumption induced due to system resistance. An Aeroclone when installed in place of any standard cyclone will reduce the pressure drop drastically, increase the efficiency and also, owing to its dimension being half of the standard cyclone, reduces the static load on the structure.

The Aerovane introduced in any ordinary existing Cyclone shall bring about guaranteed reduction of 80% pressure drop (flange to flange) across the Cyclone with the existing volume retaining the same collecting efficiency or cut size.
