This is after a long interval since we interacted with you regarding our performance and the developments taken place in ENEXCO. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the year 2006- 07 has been a fantastic year in the history of ENEXCO wherein we have not only recorded our highest sales but also achieved the highest parameter since the inception of ENEXCO on 13th May 1985.

During the year we have successfully commissioned a number of prestigious orders and it will not be out of the context to mention some of the successfully completed projects during the year.

The successful completion of M/s Jebel Ali Cement Factory’s Grinding unit wherein we did the complete project from inception till commissioning on semi turnkey basis. The complete design and engineering for civil, structural, mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation and control was done by us. All the Plant & Machinery including laboratory and workshop equipment were supplied by ENEXCO and the plant was erected and commissioned under the supervision of our team of experts. M/s Jebel Ali Cement Factory is one of the most modern and technically advanced plant in U.A.E which was designed for 115 tph and is already running at 130 tph.

The successful completion of Lafarge cement imported terminal at their P.T. Semen Andalas plant Banda Ache was other feather in ENEXCO’s cap. The plant was almost destroyed during TSunami in December 2004 and there was no basic amenities available at the plant. The working condition were also worst but still ENEXCO accepted the challenge to revive the plant by installing cement receiving system from ships, transporting cement to the plant, storing in 5 Nos. silos, extraction, packing and loading through 2 Nos. 8 spout electronic Roto Packer and 4 Nos. Truck Loading machines. Even the power supply is being managed from 2 Nos. 1000 kw DG set supplied by us. The project was on totally turnkey basis and ENEXCO came out with flying colours against all odds

During the year ENEXCO also supplied their first major system to Europe by converting an open circuit Ball Mill to close circuit mill by installing world’s most advanced and energy efficient FCB – France design third generation TSV Classifier to M/s Lafarge Ereguli cement in Turkey. We not only achieved the guarantee parameters but exceeded it also.

Regarding our on going projects, we are presently working on a number of prestigious projects which are a one million MTPA grinding unit, expandable to 2 MTPA ( by installing a Roller press / pre-grinder ) on semi turnkey basis wherein complete design and manufacturing and supply of all the plant and machinery as well as supervision of erection and commissioning to be done by us. The clinker is brought in railway wagons and being dumped in a dustless hopper with the help of wagon tippler and Side arm charger and transported to a 30,000 t capacity clinker silo. The cement mill is FCB – France design 4.6 Dia x 14 m long supported on shoe bearing and having twin drive system of 2700 kw each through Girth Gear. The manufacturing is in full swing and we are expecting to complete the project within this financial year.

The Alumina handling terminal for M/s Chettinad Infrastructures Ltd wherein we are unloading alumina powder from 8 nos. Wagon simultaneously and storing in 3 nos. Flat buttom silos of 22500 tons capacity each. The alumina powder is extracted @2000 tons/hr and unloaded into ships with help of a mobile, slewable and luffable ship loader of capacity 2000 metric tons per hour to load ships from 10000 dwt to 60000 dwt. The project is at the final stages of commissioning.

The recent orders received in current fiscal for supply of 2 nos identical Grinding units of 80 tph capacity each with provisions to install pre-grinders in future. All material handling equipment will be designed to handle the future requirements. One unit will be located at Salem whereas the other unit will be near Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
